How it is made

The plate is the name
The backing is grown out of the letters themselves, so the outline is different for every name.
Ready for a ring
A 4mm tab with a 2mm hole, leaving 2mm of material all round for a key ring to pull against.
Two filaments
The name prints as a separate solid on the plate, so it reads at a glance.
