Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by Bitpert Limited, trading as Craftery, based in Auckland, New Zealand.
You can reach us at contactcraftery@gmail.com.
Prices
All prices are in New Zealand dollars. Bitpert Limited is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged and we cannot issue a GST invoice. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed.
Delivery
We post within New Zealand. Delivery is free on orders over $80.00; below that, the shipping charge is shown in your cart before you pay.
Everything is made to order, so dispatch is not immediate. We will email you when your order ships. Once it is with the carrier, delivery time is theirs rather than ours — but if a parcel does not arrive, tell us and we will sort it out.
How an order is formed
Adding something to your cart is not an order. An order exists once payment completes and we send you a confirmation email. If we cannot make what you have ordered — a design that will not print, a colour that has run out between your order and our reading it — we will contact you and refund you in full rather than send you something you did not choose.
Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Personalised goods
Everything we sell carries a name you chose, so each piece is made for one person and cannot be resold. For that reason we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please check your spelling, including macrons, on the 3D preview before you pay — the preview is the actual shape we print, not an illustration of it.
This does not affect your rights if something is wrong with the product. See Returns and faults.
Your rights under New Zealand law
Where you are buying as a consumer, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies and we cannot contract out of it. In short: what we send you must be of acceptable quality, match its description, and be fit for the purpose it is sold for. Nothing on this page limits those guarantees.
We also have to describe what we sell accurately under the Fair Trading Act 1986. If anything on this site reads as misleading to you, please tell us — we would rather fix the wording than argue about it.
Things outside our control
We are a small operation. If something stops us making or sending your order — equipment failure, a supplier, a courier, weather — we will tell you what has happened and either agree a new date with you or refund you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
