Delivery and pickup
What it costs
Your keychain is thin enough to post as a letter, which is the whole reason delivery here is a few dollars rather than ten. One keychain goes medium letter for $3.60, and so do 7 of them — the rate is for the envelope, not for each piece in it.
Your cart works out the actual rate for what is in it before you pay. Orders over the threshold shown there ship free.
| Envelope | Up to | Rate |
|---|---|---|
| Medium letter | 235 × 130 × 6mm | $3.60 |
| Large letter | 235 × 165 × 10mm | $4.90 |
How long it takes
Nothing here is made in advance. Your order goes on the printer in Auckland, New Zealand usually within a day of landing, and posts the next working day. After that it is NZ Post's letter service — generally two to three working days in the North Island and three to four to the South, though we do not control that part and neither does anyone else.
Christmas: order by Wed, 16 December. Past that date we cannot promise it arrives in time, and we would rather tell you now than take your money and hope.
Tracking
A standard letter is not tracked — that is what makes it cheap. For a larger order we use a tracked service instead and send you the number when it goes.
Collecting in person
The checkout cannot offer pickup yet: every order placed on this site is posted. If you are in Auckland and would rather collect, email contactcraftery@gmail.com before you order and we will arrange it directly — we will tell you where and when, and you will not be charged for delivery.
Overseas
We post within New Zealand only at the moment.
If it does not turn up
Tell us. A letter that has gone missing in the post is still our problem to solve — see returns and faults.
